This is why we created Joining Rivers. We want to bring this diversity to the table by engaging with communities and team members who don’t always have the same opportunities to take part directly in solving these technical problems. We aim to work with Indigenous communities and team members, people from all across the socio-economic spectrum, and actively seek to integrate diversity into everything we do. Our name, Joining Rivers, is about the confluence of people and lived experiences that we bring together.
